At DTLR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; please note that a standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original shoebox or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and place them inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference until the refund is processed.
